Job Description Developer: Informatica B2B Data Format Libraries, SQL Server, ETL Development, Data Warehouse Healthcare Claims Activeb

Job Description :

Minimum Qualifications:

4+ years of ETL development experience using Informatica Power Center and Informatica B2B Data Exchange.
4+ years working knowledge in a Data Warehouse/BI environment.
2+ years SQL Server database experience.
2+ years working knowledge of Healthcare claims and clinical data. Understanding of Medical group business areas (clinical, operations, care management).
Strong SQL skills and full understanding of querying relational and dimensional databases.
Experience reading detailed requirements, source to target mappings, design documents, and workflows in support of data warehousing and BI.
2+ years experience with Windows PowerShell scripting.
Experience with ActiveBatch a plus.
Ability to extract and transform data from multiple data sources.
Experience with Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Driven by a fast-paced, energetic, results-oriented environment.
Ability to work with data warehouse and BI developers in formulating recommendations, strategies, and tactics based on analyses.
Must be a self-starter and able to work independently or lead teammates as needed.
Ability to build trust and create a strong working relationship with the data warehouse team and business customers.
Must have excellent listening and documentation skills.
Demonstrated self-direction with excellent organizational, analytical, writing, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
