Job Description Administrator: SQL 2008, SQL 2012, Database Administration,

Description :

Principally responsible for technical services and support related to database needs of applications and networks that employ Automated Call Distribution (ACD) concepts and technologies, including, but not limited to, Call Center Anywhere (CCA) and Genesys. Advanced level experience with MS SQL Server is required. Demonstrated ability and experience in the following areas: writing database queries for application reporting and application issue debugging purposes; work with MS SQL Server Always On Availability groups across multiple locations; SSRS (Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services) and SSIS; backup and recovery processes for MS SQL Server, including Point-in-Time recovery; set up and monitoring of database replication procedures; write, test and debug TSQL scripts for application operation purposes; making schema changes to the database for application upgrades; working with Datamarts and understanding Data Warehousing concepts and procedures; working in complex application environments utilizing dozens of coordinated MS SQL Server databases; understanding Cassandra databases, including query/troubleshooting/backup procedures. Database Administrator capabilities with 8 or more years of experience, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
