Job Description Engineer: SQL Server, SSRS, SSAS, SSIS SHARE POINT 2007 SHARE POINT 2010

Job Summary:

The Business Intelligence & Reporting organization is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of programs to develop and maintain Ernst & Youngs global business intelligence platforms.

Successfully deliver technical solutions within multi-million dollar, multi-year global Business Intelligence programs for the IT Services organization through:
Supporting the Application Engineering Technical Lead in the overall technical delivery of Business Intelligence programs and projects
Acting as the single point of application engineering accountability for their sub-team(s) across one or more programs/projects

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

10+ years application engineering experience including full life-cyle and functional/non-functional experience specifically on the Microsoft platform including SQL Server (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS), and/or .NET, SharePoint 2007/2010
5+ years experience leading application engineering project teams or program sub-teams
5+ years experience with business intelligence (Enterprise Reporting, Analytics and Data Warehousing)
Excellent experience in client-facing roles within blue chip organisations
Experience of application engineering team management with small/medium multi-location teams on multi-year Business Intelligence projects/programs
Work experience in a professional services industry, preferred
Work experience in a global role, preferred
Certification Requirements:
Microsoft certification preferred

Education:
A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; or equivalent work experience
