Consult directly with project managers, business analysts, and other developers to design and develop applications using ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#, and TFS. The .Net Developer will participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, with emphasis on technical business requirements from development to roll-out of enterprise applications. This position is located in North Quincy, Massachusetts. Responsibilities : • Design, code and test new Windows and web software applications. • Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects. • Perform object-oriented analysis, design, and development of applications. • Perform unit quality assurance testing. Test code by preparing test data, conducting test runs, and reviewing input and output data. And document unit test results. • Create technical specifications and test plans. • Document application code. • Consult with project managers and systems analysts for clarification of requirements. • Provide level-of-effort estimates. • Monitor and Support TFS/IIS/SQL Server. • Identify potential design enhancements. • Develop Architectural Proofs of Concept to demonstrate practical business solutions and consult with a technical architect to incorporate and evolve core architectural constructs. • Document deployment task list in compliance with IT standards. • Report status against the project plan. • Mentor junior development resources. • Able to work some flexible hours, as required by Project Manager, to meet project deadlines. • Maintain and deliver complete project documentation in clear and comprehensive manner. • Possess the ability to communicate clearly with the project team. • Work with a disciplined change management and application management environment • Work independently with minimal direct supervision. Work within a group and collaborative team dynamic under the direction of the Project Manager and or team lead. • Able to juggle multiple initiatives as required by the Project Manager Qualifications : • Minimum of 6+ years as a.NET developer • Experience in design and developing application using ASP.net 3.5/4.0/4.5 • Experience in C#.net, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML 5. • Experience in SQL Server 2005 and up. • Experience in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). • Experience in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). • Knowledge in TDD, MVC, Drupal framework. • Experience with ADA development standards and testing tools a plus • Some Knowledge of health care systems, policies and health care data including HIPAA. • Must have strong quantitative, analytical and conceptual thinking skills. • Must have the ability to work independently and be an effective contributor in a diversified team. • Must have strong communication skills   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
