This is a client-facing position in a dynamic, collaborative, and detail focused environment where all client facing interaction ensures that a client would recommend Rally. To be considered for this role the candidate MUST HAVE Pingfederate SSO Server Configuration experience. Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) Protocol - Single Sign On, Access Management is also preferred. You will serve as a liaison between the business and development teams, take ownership for collecting business requirements and configuring systems. You will support managers and team members by being the go-to expert while assisting with processing, troubleshooting and updating applications, and may act as project leader for designed projects. You will also perform client configuration, API integration and validation, and drive client acceptance testing in a rapidly growing system architecture. Requirements for Rally BAs: B.S. degree preferred Client-facing or end-user interaction and collaboration experience is required 5+ years of industry experience as a BA/QA professional with a background in functional, integration and regression testing of web applications with at least 3 years being client-facing Knowledge of process flows for data related implementations and processing transactions Communicate and coordinate with business and development teams to improve and maintain existing processes and execute new configurations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture functional requirements; translate requirements into specifications Work closely with trading partners to plan, execute, and implement data exchange Assist product owner with developing and prioritizing project backlog Collectivity provide development LOE and estimates/timelines for potential upcoming projects Construct technical requirements and specifications outlining data transformation Communicate purpose, impact, risk, and gaps Troubleshoot and triage data translation errors; Communicate and reconcile data errors Plan and coordinate testing from data import, extract, to backend ingest all the way to UI components. Partner with internal and external teams to set priorities, report status, identify and problem solve in order to meet landmarks and timelines Qualities desired: Problem-solving and analytical abilities with acute attention to detail Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and independently in a dynamic team structure Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to understand and communicate technical information to business partners and business information to technical partners Experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of any software or application errors relating to identity and access management. Design, implementing, configuring, coordinating, control maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing with IAM solutions Triage, troubleshooting, managing and solving issues related to identities, systems, access accounts, and authentication Proficiency with enterprise SSO solution PingFederate Familiarity with SAML authentication protocol Experience with Splunk and Jira applications Coordinate change requests with internal and external teams Knowledge of the SDLC including e   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
