Monitoring network activity to maintain peak performance, managing the installation and maintenance of circuits to remote county offices, and overseeing the agencys virtual servers. Managing Office 365 tenant including Entra and Intune. Ensuring critical files are backed up. On call to address any major networking issues as they occur.
