EST Start Date: 5/10/2019 End Date: 1/9/2020 Client: Commonwealth Health Insurance Connector Authority Description: The Health Connector is seeking a certified Salesforce expert (the “Consultant”) who has experience with Salesforce-based customer contact centers, to provide enterprise-level support and consulting services that include, but are not limited to, Salesforce architecture, design strategies, solutions, and implementation guidance and strategy. The Consultant will provide business, operational and technical direction with regards to the use of Salesforce for the Health Connectors contact center needs. This will include both developing an understanding of the Health Connectors current state, working with the Health Connector to create a future state vision, assisting the Health Connector in determining how best to leverage Salesforce, where appropriate, ensuring business alignment and systems compatibility, and supporting the Health Connector in its choice of appropriate modifications and enhancements. The Consultant will interface with both business and technical staff at the Health Connector, among other stakeholders. The Health Connector will contract for 200 hours of the Consultants time, used over a period of approximately eight (8) months, with specific times to be coordinated between the ITS63 bidder and the Health Connector. Hours required during any given week may range anywhere from none to a few to 40. The Consultant will need to be available on site at the Health Connectors offices at 100 City Hall Plaza, Boston, MA, for scheduled meetings with the Health Connector as necessary, coordinated via email not less than one week in advance through the winning ITS63 vendor. Other than scheduled meetings, the selected bidder may chose to work remotely, upon the winning vendors demonstration to the Health Connector that it carries appropriate liability insurance that covers its employees offsite work. The engagement would start as soon as the Health Connector and the ITS63 vendor execute a Statement of Work, and end when the 200 hours have been consumed, subject to extension at the option of the Health Connector.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
