Description:

we are seeking a mid-level Organizational Change Management (OCM) Coordinator and Multimedia Analyst with strong communications skills to work as a key part of the DHHS team implementing a number of large-scale, complex, integrated business and technical change initiatives.

The primary responsibilities of this role are four-fold:

1. Graphics Support: Candidate will be responsible for creating and designing various materials for print and web use, and ensure all assigned projects are completed with high quality and on schedule. Candidate will utilize creative direction, while following brand guidelines. You will prioritize and manage multiple projects, and work within each design specifications. You will also be responsible for re-creating, re-designing, and re-touching previously created design works. Examples of end products include newsletters, websites, icons, logos, branding guidelines, etc. You will be responsible for working with various members of various projects to accomplish each task.

2. Video Creation and Editing: Candidate will develop short training videos using Camtasia, Articulate, Vyond and YouTube. This role is responsible for working with members of the training and communication team to develop video products as required.

3. SharePoint Website Management: Manage content for various SharePoint websites, including daily updates to the website, developing icons and graphics related to website content, creating and redesigning web pages as needed.

4. Communication: This role is responsible for developing the first draft of communication content as required. This individual will be required to develop communication and change management templates and tools (e.g., style guides, PPT templates, Word templates and branding documents), and communication content (e.g., PPT presentations, articles, FAQs, and fact sheets). In addition, this individual will be responsible for executing a variety of communications tactics using varying channels, conducting research and developing survey questions as needed.

Candidate will perform other tasks as assigned.
Position Requirements

• Bachelors degree or higher in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
• Three or more years of experience in graphic design
• Three or more years of experience working within a communication team
• Three or more years of experience with SharePoint
• Experience developing videos using a variety of video production tools
• Extensive presentation skills, dynamic presentation development skills and the ability to communicate succinctly with different levels of stakeholders
• Keen eye for presentation, design and writing
• Demonstrated experience in working with diverse teams
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills — essential for interacting with key stakeholders across the project, to manage, inform and influence successful project outcomes
• Strong organization, planning, problem-solving, decision-making skills, and attention to detail
• Tempered attitude and the ability to work within a constantly changing and ambiguous environment
• Comfortable prioritizing and managing multiple tasks with minimal direction
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Complete fluency in speaking and writing in the English language

This individual will report to the OCM Manager,

Portfolio will be required. Your portfolio must showcase your experience in graphics design, video production, writing and website management skills.
