Most of the framework has already been established, the project is expected to be completed in a short period of time, although it must be completed no later than July 30, 2021. The consultant shall utilize existing electronic tools to complete activation of State Payroll Operations (SPO) Sharepoint used to send/receive sensitive documents between state agencies within the Commonwealth of Virginia. The Project includes a review of work already completed to ensure operational efficiency. Major emphasis of the Project is to complete permission setup for users in approximately 150 folders. The Project includes ensuring that users have the appropriate permissions and are able to access the site. Users include both internal and external network email addresses and will vary in number per agency. Upon completion, the expert shall provide hands-on training and written instructions to DOA staff. REQUIRED to do the job Hands-on experience performing SharePoint 2013 SharePoint administration, project planning and execution • Experience supporting the design and deployment of SharePoint 2016. Implementations and customizations, to include permissions, lists, libraries, and other platform offerings. • Experience administering user security in the 2016 SharePoint environment including the use of Active Directory groups. • Experience developing custom SharePoint Web parts, SharePoint Designer Workflow, and InfoPath form solutions. • Understand the differences between sites, site collections, workspaces, web parts, document libraries, and lists as they relate to SharePoint and know when and how to use them • Possess experience designing, implementing and supporting solutions using Microsoft SharePoint 2016 and Windows SharePoint Services technology platforms. • Experience with SharePoint 2016 Standard and Enterprise features • Familiar with Admin/Management tools used for reporting • Possess skills to assist team in all aspects of support and maintenance to include system administration, business and requirements analysis, troubleshooting and technical support; managing the SharePoint environment, including design, configuration, architecture, availability, performance, monitoring and security reporting • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Excellent customer service skills   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
