Sharepoint Development experience ( Sharepoint “out of the box”)
Ideally someone that has worked as a consultant (they will be dealing with clients/ stakeholders)
Strong interpersonal/communication skills – Type A
Day to Day Responsibilities: They will be working with clients and requests for site creation. They will then be working with client/ partners to define needs and requirements, recommend enhancements. They will then develop the Sharepoint based on this. Once the sites are done, they will be testing, reporting and validating permissions and requirements. They will be performing on going maintenance.






The Shared Services SharePoint team of the Strategic Execution and Operations Office (SEO) is looking for a proactive Business Support Consultant 4 to work closely with risk professionals and key business partners across the Enterprise and external groups to help drive and manage a portfolio of critical SharePoint initiatives.



This role will have a primary responsibility to manage a broad range of program-wide initiatives with a wide variety of inputs and audiences. The role will represent technical subject matter expertise in SharePoint, as well as business acumen, in order to contribute to the design and drive implementation of SharePoint initiatives in partnership with teams across the Enterprise. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a high degree of motivation, attention to detail and drive to proactively plan ahead and keep pace with new and rapidly evolving programs.



Specific role responsibilities may include:

Design, develop, produce, and oversee builds of SharePoint sites for assigned programs and teams; gather and analyze user requirements; recommend solutions; prepare, update, and communicate site work plans; develop and test configurable, non-customized SharePoint solutions; and document site business requirements, design specifications, and maintenance processes and procedures, as required
Manage SharePoint sites including SharePoint consulting; permissions management; site builds and enhancements including workflows and document management; site maintenance; site troubleshooting and issues resolution/escalation; capacity management; site and data migrations; and collaboration with Enterprise SharePoint and business teams on behalf of key initiatives
Support SharePoint governance in line with SEO Operations and Enterprise policies, supporting and/or leading policy/procedure administration and adherence, systems/change initiatives, site testing and quality management, capacity planning, legal and regulatory adherence, SLA negotiation/development, and reporting support
Plan and execute file management and data transfers including preparation and transmission of information to management teams, authorized third parties, regulatory agencies, or Wells Fargo retention systems
Consult with SEO teams on site performance improvement and user experience to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Such consultation includes discussion of alternatives, implications, and priority-setting
Recommend, develop, and improve existing SharePoint solutions and processes to facilitate information-sharing within and across SEO teams
Develop and present training and communications to team members on SharePoint functionality and performance; recommend strategies to implement changes and improvements; utilize thorough knowledge of SharePoint and the LOBs or business groups functional area or products to support and drive strategic initiatives for the business
Guide work direction, partnering with other team members, as appropriate, to complete initiatives.
