QA tools - Visual Studio Test Pro (that suite of testing tools) is the main skillset. Key point is they can come in and learn and work independently, work closely with developers and BAs to understand whats being developed and what the requirements are and develop and execute the test plans and test cases appropriately, will ask questions, motivated, does high quality work. mid-level to sr.
