Siteminder Identity Manager FTP Window 20032008 Server OS Administrator (Jobs in   Requirement id 19329 Job title Administrator Job location in Harrisburg, PA Skills required Network System Admin, Network User Support, Siteminder, Identity Manager FTP Window 20032008 Ser Open Date 19-Jun-2014 Close Date Job type Not specified Duration 13 Months Compensation DOE Status requirement --- Job interview type Face to Face interview    Email Recruiter: coolsoft Job Description Administrator: Network System Admin, Network User Support, Siteminder, Identity Manager FTP Window 20032008 Ser Description: • Process requests for assistance within the Office of Medical Assistance Program office and the client while maintaining a 4 hour response time for support requests, including: support of data security, account and permission issues related to all OMAP applications. • Assist and provide planning, implementation and support of OMAP and DPW applications including CIS, MMRS, CaseNET, PROMISe, and CERME. • Provide user support services and consultative expertise to network users regarding network resources. Instruct users in the use and functionality of network hardware and software. • Assist with Security architecture projects including Site-Minder, Web-Inspect, Identity-Manager, Envision and other reporting software as well as perform or support other related duties. • Provide Tier 2 technical support on a daily basis by troubleshooting and resolving all types of problems referred from various Tier 1 Help Desks or from DPW/Aging/Insurance staff, OMAP employees and business partners through the Remedy and the OMAPNetworkService public folder. • Coordinate efforts with vendors if Tier 3 technical support is required. • Interface with technical support staff from various hardware and software vendors and other areas in the Bureau of Information Systems (BIS). • Troubleshoot the Provider Reimbursement and Operations Management Information System (PROMISe)-related security issues. Assist all PROMISe, PowerBuilder and website users outside of the client with PROMISe access, account-related, and logon problems. • Provide Account Administration, security, network resources and roles for OMAP and Medical Assistance Business Partners • Assist with the Technical and network related issues for management of the CaseNET application. • Establish and maintain security by creating individual group accounts, setting up and regulating shared directories and groups, assigning appropriate security roles for application access and assigning permissions for resource access.
