Job Description Consultant: SmartCAPA, Crystal Reports, SQL Server Reporting Services,

Description :
Our clienthas implemented the Pilgrim Quality Managment Software application, a technical consultant is needed to support the development of enhancements and reports to our existing Pilgrim implementations. This consultant would be required to provide assistance to the Pilgrim Team with production support tickets, enhancement requests and report development.

* Since 2009 teh client has deployed the following four Pilgrim modules

* SmartCAPA
* SmartDoc
* SmartTrain
* SmartAudit

These modules are used by several organizations and more implementations are planned. Our backlog for configuration changes and reporting requests continues to grow. We are seeking the assistance of an experienced Pilgrim technical resource to help work production support tickets, design/test reports, implement configuration enhancements and provide assistance with additional implementations.

Roles :
* Production Support - Research, triage, and drive to completion support tickets for the four Pilgrim modules listed above. Mentor Battelle Production Support staff on Pilgrim troubleshooting techniques and technical features.
* End User Support - Provide end user support for the modules listed above.
* Report development - End user requirements gathering, design and support testing for Crystal/Reporting Services Reports.
* Configuration Enhancements - Research configuration enhancement requests, confirm requirements, implement in a testing environment and support end user testing and migration to production.
* Reporting Architecture Design - Assist in designing the optimal reporting architecture to support our long term needs.
* End user requirements gathering and design.
* Provide project support to projects implementing Pilgrim modules and capabilities.

* The SmartCAPA, SmartDoc, SmartTrain and SmartAudit Pilgrim modules
* Pilgrim Forms Designer
* Pilgrim Configuration Manager
* Crystal Reports
* SQL Server Reporting Services

Documentation Requirements :

* Create and update design documentation and support tickets as required.
* Prepare materials for meetings and end user training.
* Generate information during troubleshooting to drive to resolution.
* Create email communications to keep staff and stakeholders updated.
* Write test scripts to enable staff who are unfamiliar with Pilgrim to conduct testing.
