Customization is different, and the candidate did not seem to understand the difference. ABOUT THE ROLE The Grants Administration Deployment Project fulfills one of the top priorities for DBHDS. This project is in phase 2 of deployment working closely with the Agencys Fiscal Group, Operations Team, and the Commonwealths Community Service Boards to assist with adoption of the WebGrants system. The position will be gathering requirements, analyzing business needs, collecting and reviewing data items for system readiness, and running User Acceptance Testing with business users to ensure the system is ready for production. Experience with WebGrants is desirable. Position will be hybrid remote with 2 days minimum required on-site at DBHDS office in Richmond.
