Description :

This is a deliverables-based project requisition and not a requisition for an hourly-based resource. There is not an hourly rate. Please include your total cost for each deliverable outlined below in your response.

Project Name:
Service Delivery: Enhancements Implementation

Project Objective:
The primary objective of this project is to ensure that the Service Delivery team is adequately staffed and appropriately equipped to support the citys IT needs effectively.

Additionally, the implementation/enhancements are expected to yield the following benefits:
• Improved employee satisfaction: Implementing these changes could lead to improved job satisfaction and work/life balance, a boost in morale, and the reduction/elimination of burnout.

• Better efficiency: Optimizing and enhancing processes could increase operational efficiency and service delivery.

Resource Responsibilities:
• Policies and Procedures Review: The contracted resource will lead the review process for existing policies and procedures, identifying outdated or redundant content, legal compliance issues, and opportunities for improvement and revisions.

• Documentation: They will maintain comprehensive records of policy and procedure changes, version control, and historical documentation to support audit and compliance requirements.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, including AIM leadership, employees, etc., to gather input, ensure alignment with organizational goals, and facilitate and implement service delivery enhancements.

• Communication: Regularly communicate policy updates and changes to the Chief Information Officer and relevant stakeholders, ensuring awareness and understanding.

• Quality Assurance: Use quality control measures to ensure service delivery enhancements meet internal and external compliance standards, industry best practices, and legal requirements.
