Required skills: *Experience developing in a system that supports the determination of eligibility for human services programs (e.g. TANF, Medicaid, Food Assistance). *Reverse Engineering ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) processes in COBOL to migrate to Infosphere DataStage. *Designing, developing, and testing ETL processes in COBOL (on z/OS and Windows environments) and InfoSphere DataStage. *Experience with IBM Cognos Impromptu applications and migration activities to IBM Cognos 10. *Experience with public sector Federal Reporting and requirements. *Experience with mainframes and skilled in the following: COBOL, DB2, IMS, and JCL. *Experience with Windows and skilled in the following: VisualAge COBOL, DB2LUW, MS Access, Syncsort, and SQLDBX. *Experience with ETL/Reporting and skilled in the following: Infosphere DataStage 9.1, IBM Cognos Report Studio 10.1, IBM Cognos Framework Manager 10.1 and IBM Cognos Impromptu 7.3. *Experience analyzing and evaluating proposed changes and estimating work effort to implement those changes. *Desired Skills *Clear Quest *Clear Case *Requisite Pro *Project Management *Written and verbal skills *Proficient with MS Office tools *Data Warehousing *Business Intelligence   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
