Description :
The goal of this project is to design, configure and implement as an enterprise service the ITD Identity Management Solution (IDMS), a set of services that coordinate and manage user identities in order to control access to Commonwealth browser-based applications, and to deploy that IDMS as a limited scope pilot deployment.
The goal of the ITD IDMS pilot is to design, configure and implement a limited-scope Identity Management solution in alignment to the roadmap. The pilot is intended to deploy core Identity Management functionality, serve a small user community, and integrate with a hand-full of applications. An ITD team will administer the deployed solution.

Required Skills :

* Have extensive multi-project experience in the types of tasks for which each individual is proposed.
* Have architect-level experience and be able to articulate the vision of identity management and its integration into enterprise environments.
* Have demonstrable and referencable experience in working with and configuring Tivoli based identity management systems, including the TIM, TAM, TFIM, and TDI family of products, in large-scale business environments comparable in size to the Commonwealth, preferably in the public sector.
* Include at least one staff member with prior experience in developing, configuring and testing software to meet accessibility requirements. The solution provider will be expected to provide the team with the tools to test and certify accessibility compliance.
