CMIPSII Implementation PERFORMANCE TESTER Responsible for planning, preparing and delivering all associated deliverables with the client. Proactively identifies and manages changes to requirements and identifies risks. Provide solutions for improvements and enhancements. Responsible for working with the client and the development teams to ensure a smooth transition through the process including environment setup, defect management and testing expectations. The Tester is responsible for performing the system test phases of an application, works collaboratively with Business Analysts, Developers and client stakeholders to research and elicit, analyze, validate and document the testing of business requirements, and to ensure that the testing of those requirements clearly demonstrate test coverage of application functionality , correctly representing all planned areas of system test. Translates business requirements into system/application Test scripts. Upholds the quality of our core application by monitoring the system for overall data quality, efficiency, and data integrity.. Assists team members in per reviews of test scripts. Proactively identifies defects found in the application and manages them to closure which includes the re-testing of defects. . Effectively manages clients expectations. The tester applies industry and information technology expertise to support all testing needs, proposals, feasibility studies, implementations and new business development. ______________________________________________________________ Responsibilities: Researches, designs, develops, configures, integrates, tests and maintains existing and new business applications and/or information systems solutions including databases through integration of technical and business requirements. Applications and infrastructure solutions include both 3rd party software and internally developed applications and infrastructure. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, analysis of business requirements, coding of modifications or new program, creation of documentation, testing and maintenance of applications, infrastructure, and information systems including database management systems. Works within the Information Technology function, obtaining resources and working in support of objectives and strategies. Provides required documentation and participates in architecture reviews to ensure that the solutions comply with standards and use approved technologies. Typical customers are HP end users and various functional areas such as Supply Chain, Research and Development, Marketing, Finance, a business, or the company. Strategist Plus: Recognized authority internally and externally on leading-edge technologies, theories, or techniques. Provides innovative solutions to complex and critically sensitive issues affecting multiple disciplines and work groups. Determines and pursues courses of action essential in accomplishing objectives. Integrates advanced technology, theories or techniques that have a significant continued impact across disciplines and business units.
