This individual will be under the supervision of the Manager, QA and Testing to provide support for a client initiative for 2014. Focus on CRM implementation and integration testing. Job responsibilities would include: 1. Conduct implementation testing of CRM Implementation. 2. Conduct deep technical analysis, determine testing scenarios and execute testing of release in plan. Participate in Business Requirements reviews and work with systems analysts/developers to fully test changes. 3. Execution of all phases of testing for backend, web service and UI. 4. Write complex SQL queries for retrieval of required data using TOAD or SQL Plus (Strong knowledge of Oracle database required). Hands on UNIX knowledge to write and execute queries would be preferred. Ability to write scripts to run queries in an automated fashion would be a plus. 5. Required to work in an Agile fashion using strong and clear communication skills with the all project members including representatives from business and technical groups of people in a collaborative environment. 6. Ability to execute all phases of the testing process in a multi-server environment. Requires the ability to define and maintain testing environments and/or configuration. 7. Additional technical QA and Testing duties as assigned. 8. Participation in project status meeting online and in-person in (Washington, DC) (Owings Mills, MD) locations. Projected Level of Effort: Skills/Qualifications (preferences are in bold) 1. Bachelors degree 2. Knowledge of Healthcare Insurance industry. 3. 1+ years of experience with implementation and integration testing of enterprise level customer relations management solutions such as Salesforce or Siebel. 4. 2+ years of experience in implementation and integration testing for an enterprise level cloud solution. 5. Experience Healthcare insurance related technology project experience 6. 5+ years of Testing experience with strong background in Software QA and Testing. 7. 3+ years distributed n-tier software testing experience 8. 2+ years relational database experience writing scripts and complex queries with SQL or Oracle 9. 1+ years of experience in SOATest including WSDL, XML, and messaging clients. 10. 1+ years of experience with tools like Quality Center, XMLSpy and Toad. 11.
