Responsible for providing support to the client along with end user support for rollout of new Jabber software application on devices such as desktops/tablets/phones, etc Strong Systems Engineer with excellent collaboration techniques required. Project Requirements: End to end application support for Jabber client. Person needs to be capable of operationalization on all flavors of desktops/tablets/phones in the support of the Jabber client. Person will facilitate test and acceptance procedures and work closely with Cisco BUs to update testing procedures as updated clients become available. IM, Presence, outlook, exchange capable with voice and video application operations deployment (voice video Cisco CUCM a plus) Writing support documentation FAQ updates Excellent communication to teams both internal and external BUG fix help with Cisco Feature and function testing Test Plan design and updates plus testing Professional Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts Excellent analytic and organizational skills Excellent understanding of business objectives and goals Excellent interpersonal/communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently with limited supervision Ability to express complex technical and business concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing Able to handle pressure Can learn quickly and figure things out on their own   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
