Provide application / project teams with high level of technical expertise. Must have advanced experience working on highly complex developmental projects and supported from initial design/development to going live in production. Strong experience working with Oracle/Teradata and others databases. Effectively communicating technical and non-technical issues with the business and technology user groups. Act as a lead and take ownership of any production issues / new initiatives as needed. Collaborate with business, technology architects and other technical experts to understand and provide strategically sound solutions for complex business problems and provide faster and efficient decision making towards optimal solution. Develops, improves, and documents the processes for maintaining and administering the platform Provide support with troubleshooting issues on both existing & new platforms and develop hands-on solution. Preferred: Facilitates and coordinates between various stakeholders within the project. Knowledge of SDLC, IT governance & operations. This position will be to support the TIBCO Spotfire environment within Wholesale banking technology. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for understanding the current environment & its functionalities/dependencies and supporting them as required. He would work towards upgrading them to its newer version as needed and work on vulnerability remediation, patching and other day-to-day activities to keep the lights on for the current environment. The candidate would also be expected to work with other architects/business partners/clients & vendors in a collaborative environment to smoothly transition the upgrade process. The candidates should have prior experience working with TIBCO Spotfire. Should have the ability to learn new products and technologies fast and have experience working on installing & maintaining enterprise platforms in the past.
