Job Description Analyst: Database Support, MS Excel And Access, Tracking, Documentation Skills Data Loads

Description:

Tasks associated with data loads, update database tables, ensures integrity of data is maintained, generate ad hoc reports to support data inquiries, create and maintain tracking documents utilizing MS Access & Excel. Provide coordination support for the development and execution of updating and finalizing companion tools.

Along with running programs, tracking participation/attendance, update documentation and processes, onsite support, PowerPoints, tracking and documenting tasks, organizing large meetings/conferences and set-up, MS Excel and Access proficiency necessary and reports, updating processes with stakeholders/team. Attention to detail vital. Other duties as assigned.

Typically requires 4+ years of experience with all or most being in the project space/framework/database support.



Nice to haves:

MS Access & Excel - intermediate level and above; attention to detail; organization & time management
