Client: Office of the State Courts Administrator (OSCA)

Description:

Task Order Requirements
The OSCA is seeking quotes from interested Vendors for one part time staff through June 2023 with renewal options to assist in the development of Tableau Workbooks and Dashboards, operating in the technical environment described in this eQuote. This position will work remotely full time and may be required to come into the office on occasion. This is a new position.
This procurement may result in multiple Vendor awards and any Task Order/Purchase Documents issued from this eQuote shall be non-exclusive. The OSCA reserves the right to contract with as many Vendors as the OSCA, in its sole judgment, determines is necessary to acquire the quantity and quality of staff needed for all or part of the services set forth herein.
The OSCA is using the Department of Management Services State Term Contract, IT Staff Augmentation Services, 80101507-21-STC-ITSA for this procurement. Vendors who are not an awardee to this contract shall be considered non-responsive. Vendors should select the Job Family and Job Title 3420: Business Intelligence Analyst for the candidates offered.
Preference will be given to Vendors whose candidate resumes include the following additional knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in addition to the State Term Contract requirements:
a. In depth knowledge and experience in Microsoft SQL Server database and the Transact-SQL programming language.
b. Experienced in the use of Tableau Report Server and Services.
c. Experience in the seamless integration of Tableau Workbooks and Dashboards
Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience supporting systems software maintenance and system software operations with the following:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft database application development in the SQL Server Management Studio development environment
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Transact-SQL procedural language scripting
- Advanced knowledge of stored procedures
- Advanced knowledge of Tableau Desktop Creator
- Advanced knowledge of Tableau Workbooks
- Advanced knowledge of Tableau Dashboards
- Advanced knowledge of complex relational database concepts, including proper use of both normalized and de-normalized data models
