We have a 24-month project with our client in New York, NY that requires an Oracle PL/SQL Systems Architect, Expert Day-to-Day Tasks include, but not limited to: Develop Oracle stored procedure, packages, and triggers Develop batch application using .net, oracle Plan and design the structure of a technology solution Communicate software requirements to app dev team members Develop software with modern web development frameworks Provide technical leadership for the PHS App Dev team Mandatory Qualifications: Defines the architecture of a computerized system (i.e., a system composed of software and hardware) in order to fulfill certain requirement, including a breakdown of the system into components, the component interactions and interfaces (including with the environment, especially the user), and the technologies and resources to be used in the design. 84 months+ Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. Preferred Qualifications: 84 months experience in development, support and implementation of software related to policy administration and maintenance for Workers Compensation and Disability insurance. 84 months experience in development, support and implementation of software related to policy billing and collection for Workers Compensation Insurance and Disability Insurance 84 months experience in development, support and implementation of software related to policy premium calculation following the ratings guidelines for Workers Compensation Insurance 84 months experience with Oracle PL/SQL utilizing Packages, Types, Objects, Triggers and Advanced Queuing 60 months experience as a .Net application developer - TFS, visual studio with visual studio 2010 or newer. 36 months experience in oracle-based development to process Disability and Paid Family Leave Insurance Payroll Reporting. 36 months with Planview PPM Pro (formerly Innotas) Languages Must have English Native or bilingual proficiency Additional vendor information Candidates need to meet 60% of the Preferred Qualifications to qualify for the position,   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
