1. Development of USE Cases and mapping to BRD( Business Requirements Documents) & TD (Technical Design Documents) requirements
2. Develop the BRD & FSD (Functional Specifications) STP (system Test Plans) and UAT( User Acceptance Testing);traditional waterfall SDLC
3. Each BA applying for these positions should have the foundation background of understanding IIBA principals, BABOK certification preferred and have at least written over 6 BRD, FSD, STP themselves, as an individual contributor, not part of a team
4. Each BA must have a clear concise excellent command of the English language.
5. Each BA must have very good experience in getting requirements in difficult situations
6. Each BA must have 7 plus years experience
7. Each BA must have experience in prototyping tools that are interactive –not static

BA must have the foundation points 1-7 and in addition data validation skills. The person must have experience in the process of ensuring that a program operates on clean, correct and useful data. They must have used routines, such as validation rules or "check routines”, which check for correctness, meaningfulness, and security of data that are input to the system. They must be familiar with rules implemented through a data dictionary or by the inclusion of explicit application program validation logic. The exact experience using validation methods such as check digits, hash totals, uniqueness checks etc. must be fully explained. SOA knowledge is very helpful

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Gathers and documents the detailed business requirements in form of a traceable, testable and verifiable format
2. Applies use cases to fully ascertain the functionality of the system changes.
3. Guides the business to make the appropriate decisions to reach a positive impact to the technology solution
4. Develop and execute system test plans.
5. Define workflow for all assigned projects.
6. Maps business processes and helps to define QA tests with the Quality Assurance team.
7. Make appropriate business decisions that carry the project forward to completion and elevate any concerns of delay to management when necessary.
8. Work closely with all IT Managers involved with the project.
9. Works closely with the business users in identifying business rules to aid in the functional specifications of tasks so that the IT Designers and Developers are able to create programs that fulfill all business expectations.
10. Exposure to Business Requirements modeling techniques including Unified Modeling Language (UML), ) and service modeling
11. Knowledge of integrated business process modeling for operations procedures, including process improvements and efficiencies
12. Familiar with BPEL (Business Process Execution Language) or Business Process Modeling Language
13. Knowledge of how to retrofit traditional applications projects to support an SOA approach to implementation
14. Works closely with the IT PMO manager to prioritize and coordinate individual project tasks and assess time sensitive constraints on development tasks.
15. Alerts the IT PMO manager when Customer Support Requests may impact any project currently in the development or deployment process.
16. Monitor scope creep and "Change Requests" to avoid losing control of project.
17. Develop reports to communicate schedules, issues, risks and project changes to project stakeholders and project manager.
18. Liaison between the business and the developers as they begin coding and testing the functional changes within the code.
19. Provide the necessary documentation in a project - I.e. statement of work, business requirements, use cases,
