Job Description Specialist: UCCE/ICM/CVP, CUCM, CUSP, Voice & VXML Gateways

Description:

Technical Analyst to assist with UCCE 9.x upgrade - full-time from now through 06/30/2012. This is a hands-on technician needed to set-up, configure, test, validate and implement a new version of UCCE. This resource would be working mainly on the UCCE 9.x upgrade planning and then on the actual project later this year. We would need someone with:

-UCCE/ICM/CVP Architecture Knowledge
-UCCE/ICM/CVP Installation/Setup/Config Experience & Knowledge
-Knowledge of CUCM, CUSP, Voice & VXML Gateways, ICM Scripting
-Knowledge of Windows server platform & VM Ware
-Experience with testing adjunct software (e.g. Verint, Exony)
