Position Purpose: Develop and drive the standards, development processes, systems architecture, and design patterns to support IT and business solutions. Create elegant user experiences through data-driven research, user-centered design and sustainable technology. Responsible for overall systems design and architecture, including new solutions and patterns • Collaborate with business users and stakeholders through design and implementation, including needs analysis and system requirements • Define and refine methodology and standards for setup, design and implementation of the application or technology to meet the needs of the business and IT customers • Generate detailed system requirements with cost projections, cost benefit analysis and ROI • Train and mentor IT team Additional Info: • Create dynamic prototypes that can test and validate designs • Be an ambassador for solution designs to business and IT teams and leadership • Work closely with the Digital teams UX owners and design teams to ensure adherence is maintained with client UX policies through the application and manipulation of Pega Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) • Work with product owners and scrum teams to frame and communicate the achieved business goals and value to end users/customers • Provide user experience leadership and Pega-specific user interface design guidance • Proficient with design tools such as Invision, Sketch, Figma, Pega Cosmos Design System, Adobe Illustrator, XD or similar • Strong hands on knowledge on HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, Bootstrap, JQuery, JavaScript, OOJS, Angular JS 1.6 & 5 Essential Skills – • Pega 8.x, UX Design, Material Design, HTML5 • IT experience within contact centers and healthcare environment highly preferred. Demonstrated understanding of business process as it relates to experience in the field.
