Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for: 1) Conduct Qualitative Research Projects a. Takes direction from lead researcher- create research test plans (methodologies and objectives), project timelines, screeners, test collateral (including scripts, screeners, reports), conduct research and create reports and toplines. b. Aggregate macro findings c. Conducts Safaris, visits stores and other activities as required to better understand our customers d. Data analysis, report writing, and presentation skills 2) Maintain Stakeholder, Research and Product Team Relationships a. Maintain working relationships with qualitative research, analytics and product teams b. Maintain professional communication with stakeholders c. Obtain insight from stakeholders on the needs they have in order to define the proper research method d. Ask thoughtful questions to derive understanding of needs e. Seek answers when not readily available, be proactive f. Adjust schedules as required by key stakeholders g. Reports cross functional needs to lead design researcher h. Communicates frequently with lead qualitative researcher to report issues 3) Team Leadership a. Takes tasks that lead researcher delegates b.
