Job Description Consultant: Avaya Hardware And Software, VDN/Vectors, Call Routing Tables,

[Note : Work Location: Primary Office – BOC otherwise support for all LG&E-KU locations including travel.]

[Note : Number of References Required: 2]

[Note : Required Certification: Avaya Certified Expert (ACE)]

[Note : Technical Testing/Verification Required: Interview]

Assignment Description: Perform operational voice support for Avaya and other related voice infrastructure. Act as a liaison between LG&E-KU and vendor network operations center. Will also assist in project work as directed.

Skill Set Requirements and Capabilities: Experience with Avaya hardware and software. Strong proficiency in programming trunk groups, VDN/Vectors, call routing tables, basic and complex hard and soft Move, Add, Change and repair requests, troubleshooting complex issues etc.

Special Requirements: Specific knowledge (but not limited to) Avaya S8700, G3i, G3r, G650, S8500 ESS, G450, S8730, ACD, voice portal, Contact Center Express & Elite, AES, CMS Supervisor, Overflow Routing, IVR scripting, reporting, IVR, announcements etc.
