This is a contract opportunity, set to run 24 months. Contact Center Telephony Specialist - **Candidates need to understand and be able to speak to their experience with call flows and know how to track them with scripting experience. Required Qualifications: • PBX/IP-PBX background o Programming – hardware and software applications o Routing – Scripting o Reporting • Contact Center background • Genesys Framework background – familiar with CME or GAX • Assisted in the planning and design of voice routing strategies • Understanding of IVR, call flows • Has managed Telecom-related projects • Applies strong problem-solving/diagnosis skills of technical issues • Ability to multitask and adapt to changes quickly • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment Desired Qualifications: • Circuit configs applicable to call routing – SIP, BGP, TDM • Data networking knowledge – subnets, VLANs, routing and firewall • Verizon Enterprise o Gateways o VoIP Inbound Toll Free and VoIP Inbound Local o Network Manager - routing o Call Detail and Summary Reports – generation and analysis • Understands enterprise dial plans • Experience with Genesys or CTI integrations o Inbound direct to agent calls o Inbound IVR calls o Dialer o Empirix o VoIP agents • Understands IVR applications and components Genesys Routing Development Engineer - Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of Genesys Call Routing Development experience using the tools: Genesys Interaction Routing Designer (IRD), Configuration Manager (CME), Genesys Administrator Extension (GAX) • 5+ years of Genesys Call Routing experience within a complex multi-site, multi-tenant environment • Must have a strong understanding of skills based routing • Must understand how to use transaction lists to drive routing • Must be able to trace and troubleshoot calls through Universal Routing Server (URS) log files Desired Qualifications: • Genesys Certified Professional • Genesys Certified Associate • 5 + years of experience troubleshooting environments across entire Genesys architecture (i.e. applications to infrastructure) • 5 + years of experience leading multiple Genesys work streams, applications, or deliverables • Strong familiarity with Genesys SIP server and able to troubleshoot and trace calls through Genesys SIP Server log files   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
