IDEAL BACKGROUND: The candidate must have a good understanding of Cisco Voice over IP (VOIP). Must be proficient in understanding and configuring phones and locations in Cisco Call Manager. The role is a cross between a Voice Engineer and a Voice Analyst. TOP SKILLSETS: Cisco Call Manager must be proficient and is required Cisco Emergency Responder must have experience and is required Cisco Gateway experience is required. History of working in large scale multi cluster Cisco Call Manager environments Multi-year Cisco Call Manager experience in a multi cluster environment. If they have a solid understanding of Voice SIP environment.
