This role will build the UI and help with reporting and data storage for operational campaign/program metrics in CI. Candidate can work remote from any location, prefer Charlotte. The purpose of this role is to develop a user interface that collects key pieces of campaign/program data that enables: (1) collection/input from users with key data points from the campaign (2) management reports on the operational metrics within the Database Marketing team and (3) data to be used for resource assignment and management. This role will include the following tasks/responsibilities: Work in cross functional team environment Gather & document business requirements Develop UI (tool TBD) for database marketing teams to input data. Develop report suite for standard reporting on operational metrics Required Skills: (minimum knowledge, skills and abilities to enter the job) College Degree required Visual Basic or .net development Proficient in MS Office Tools Deep knowledge in UI development 5+ years or education equivalency in marketing, finance, database analysis, quantitative analysis or other related field Understanding of database marketing and campaign management principles Strong written and verbal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Works well in tight timelines Energetic and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously Creative thinking and problem resolution Able to work independently as well as in a team environment Desired skills: (preferred skills not required) Visual Basic .net SharePoint development   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
