-Participate as the Oracle WAM expert in proposal development and presentations to prospective clients.
-Deliver presentations to all levels of management.
-Provide thought leadership on the development of new offerings.
-Consults on governance, strategy, and transformation not just operations.
-Build and maintain significant alliances and support across the clients business.
-Lead complex Management of Change (MOC) initiatives.
-Ensure knowledge capture sessions are arranged and executed while building HP consultant collateral.
-Understand customer requirements and advise project team on highly specialized, complex solutions architecture and implementation.
-Drive key meetings and workshops to achieve the outcomes within the deadline. Lead the client interactions for workshop, defining the process flows, testing and go live activities.
-Consult and advise clients on strategic business and technical alternatives. Leverage customer satisfaction through building business relationships and trust.
-Commercially shape deals based on business benefit to client rather than actual cost to complete (value based pricing)identifying risk/reward opportunities and developing business cases to work with clients in new and different ways to mutual benefits.

Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience with Oracle WAM (Work and Asset Management) Application as Functional Consultant.
-10+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant with emphasis on WAM and processes.
-Ability to travel 75% +.
-Should have implemented at-least 3 implementations of Oracle WAM.
-Provide Industry Expertise to Customers and internal project teams for solution development, specifically for Oracle WAM solutions.
-Should be able to work independently with the client.
-Able to manage 5 + resources. Experience with managing onsite/offshore teams (global teams).
-Well versed with Oracle implementation methodology.
