Other platforms will be defined for Enterprise Content Management, Business Intelligence and various applications related to construction contractors. The project is tied to the development of a comprehensive IT strategy for the agency as well as the execution of the implementation projects that the strategy will spawn. This represents a replacement of numerous existing non-integrated application platforms with a comprehensive, fully-integrated technology environment. The Technical Lead is responsible for the technical quality and delivery of the software solution. The technical lead is responsible for the translation and construction of complex business problems into sound technical solutions; provide technical and architectural direction to the software development team; ensure that development efforts are adhering to analysis, design, and development standards; provide insight and guidance on overall system design; responsible for application technical solution and contributing to the infrastructure technical solution; document and communicate technical and architectural requirements. The Technical lead will work with project management to define and help drive plans and activities, as well as working with the team helping to solve problems, mentor resources, and provide general technical leadership on technologies used in the solution. The technical lead is also responsible for working with project leadership to set standards and execute development practices including code management, deployment, and environment management. This position requires someone who is hands-on with recent implementation experience with IBM Tririga, IBM FileNet (or similar platforms), Accela, Busniess Intelligence platforms or other similar COTS applications from both the application development and infrastructure perspective.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
