This is a hands-on role with primary focus on analysis, design, and development of complex business functionality for Java based front end applications. We are looking for Java/J2ee developer with strong passion for developing quality code and experience with technologies such as JAXB2, SOAP and J2EE to support our web presentation layer. Responsibilities: Lead other developer in design, development and unit test application functionality for front end application. Provide technical direction and mentor junior developers. Prepare technical design documents and participate in design reviews. Research and resolve software defects Participate in the entire SDLC and interface with project managers, business analysts and QA teams. Troubleshoot production issues and provide developer support for releases. Minimum Qualifications Overall 7+ years experience in developing java applications Strong hands-on experience in developing J2EE Web applications supporting both traditional and mobile user interfaces Hands-on experience in developing web services clients (Spring Web services preferred) Experience utilizing the Java client for web service calls Experience with XML parsing (preferably JAXB2) In-depth knowledge of J2EE web tier components -- Servlets ,Jsp, Tag libraries, Jstl etc: In-depth knowledge in Spring Core Framework In-depth knowledge of MVC frameworks like spring MVC Knowledge of html, CSS, Javascript, Ajax and jquery Good OO design skills and familiarity with J2EE design patterns Good communication skills, both written and oral Familiarity with all facets of SDLC - ranging from inception to deployment Preferred Skills Prior experience in the financial industry Prior experience with Fraud prevention and authentication area Prior experience in developing customer facing , high volume web applications Prior experience with Maven Experience in development for mobile devices   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
