This is a project that will support replacing Papa Johns current credit card processing software with a vendor upgrade and incorporate a significant re-write of our order processing system. This person will work with Offshore resources, as well as Papa Johns business teams. The work will be accomplished for Papa Johns proprietary point of sale application and changes will integrate with our online application. This person must work independently, manage his/her time and project tasks wisely and without constant oversight. The person must be quick to learn and get up to speed, as there will not be any true training. Papa Johns will provide an overview of their applications and access to subject matter experts. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage project tasks and s toassignments to a successful completion. * Consult with business unit management and personnel to identify and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, data scope, usage, formatting, and security requirements. * Define and document functional specifications for new or modified business systems., including process flows, business logic, and mapping documents. * Analyze business functions in order to develop new or modified information processing systems. Complete report specification documents * Using information gained thru analysis of business functions, Cconsult and coordinate with IS resources (internal and external) .to to assist in the design and development of automated business systems. * Create test plansDocument high level test scenarios, identifying conditions of satisfaction, and work with QA to review test cases and provide feedback. Work with the QA architect to provide input for test plans. Conduct high level integration testing and/or participate in smoke testing of new builds. Provide guidance and support to end users during User Acceptance testing. * and assist in testing, create user documents, and train end users Review training documentation as needed, providing input to technical writers and assist with training as required. FUNCTIONAL SKILLS * Experience writing traditional requirements documents, use cases and user stories * Experience creating wireframes and visual mock-ups * Experience reviewing test plans and test cases for requirements coverage * Experience with onsite & offshore teams is a plus * Experience with point of sale systems is a plus * Experience with Monetra a plus * Logic and system analysis skills * Project management skills * Writing skills * Verbal communication skills * Experienced Senior Level 5+ years BA / Systems Analysis Experience with proven track record   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
