Job Description Developer: Java/J2EE Technologies, Webservices With Soap, XSLT, Spring EJB1.12.0 Hibernate JDBC

Java Developer

Technical skills (Required)
o Java/J2EE - 6 to 8 years
o Web Services/Soap/WSDL - 3 to 5 years
o XSLT - 2 to 4 years
o Spring - 2 to 4 years
o EJB - 2 to 4 years
o Hibernate - 2 to 4 years
o JDBC - 4 to 8 years

Technical skills (Nice to have)
WebSphere, Tomcat, IBM DB2, RAD/RSA, Eclipse, ClearCase, Linux

In General
o Strong Java/J2EE experience
o Solid Web Services experience
o Solid in-depth database experience
o Able to write complex queries
o Web Logic/Oracle would be OK (instead of Web Sphere/DB2)
o Solid app server and RDBMS experience
o Self-motivated
o Finds/offers solutions, not just problems
o Independent-thinking. Willing to work with others.
o Good analytical & communication skills
