(Level 2&3 ) -Handle high severity Citrix issues involving Regional and Global access. -Manage daily work load through Remedy Ticketing system. -Adhere to, and work within the confines of IT policies, standards and procedures. -Develop, gather and measure relevant productivity and capacity metrics.
