The CEIW Program Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering client data-warehouse and business intelligence initiatives including client solutions, integration of high-quality source data, development of full life-cycle data models and business intelligence. He or she will also be responsible for recommending the optimal systems of record, information architecture, and system infrastructure and data-warehouse security. Appropriate candidates must have a thorough understanding of program management, be able to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines and goals and have a successful track record implementing enterprise data warehouses preferably in a state government environment. Job Requirements 1. A proven track record of program managing successful enterprise data warehouse initiatives preferably in a state-government environment. 2. Minimum of 8 years of technology experience with enterprise data warehousing concepts, designs and implementations. 3. Minimum of 8 years of experience with metadata and metadata repository products. 4. Excellent communication and coalition building skills with an ability to balance, negotiate and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to build strategic partnerships. 5. A solid understanding of data architecture, approaches and technology. 6. A solid understanding of the ETL tools, etc. that support data warehousing updating, reporting and analytics. 7. Collaborative ability to bring people together and drive decisions. 8. Proven program management skills, specifically related to enterprise data warehouse development and implementation of process and workflow changes. 9. Participates in all safety, security and infection control programs that are mandatory. 10. Experience with business intelligence delivery. 11. Knowledge of and experience with sound development principles and methodologies. 12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 13. Process analysis and systemic thinking. 14. Ability to operate at strategic and tactical levels. 15. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, developers and end users. 16. Ability to prioritize among a large number of requirements. 17.
