The individual in this role will need to have good technical and communication skills as they will need to be able to interface directly with internal stakeholders, understand their needs, administer the production environment and support testing and production release of enhancements. Administers, orchestrates and controls the virtual workforce in the operational environment Experience working in different Environments such as MS development stack, Database, Web Application, E-mail, MS Excel, CSV & PDF integration using RPA Tools Create and manage changes in compliance with the companys change management procedures. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures. Maintains currency in new developments and technology. Works with upper management to set goals and priorities. QUALIFICATIONS: 3-7 years of experience Competent to work on complex projects independently Ability to operates under deadlines A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
