Experience writing, translating and coding applications with C# or Micro Focus COBOL.Net or Visual Basic.Net within the framework of ASP.Net or Java (in relation to Oracle). Experience supporting Oracle, including configurations, reporting and interfaces, or similar software. Knowledge, skills and abilities: Possess basic analytical and problem solving skills. Good written and oral communication skills. Ability to facilitate relations between business groups and technology. This includes writing, coding, testing, and analyzing software programs and applications. The IT Application Support Analyst will also research, design, document, and modify software specifications throughout the application lifecycle according to standards and using the current best practices. This individual will participate in incident/problem analysis, solution development, action planning, implementation coordination, and evaluation. Roles are sometimes project based, delivering IT change within the business. The IT Application Support Analyst will create, modify and support Oracle Cloud environment, interfaces and reports.
