Job Description Administrator: IIS Web Servers, Xml Parsing, .Net, Windows 20082012 Servers MS SQL Database

A Windows Administrator is needed for a contract opportunity with our client in Scottsdale, AZ. Under minimal guidance, the contractor will install and work/remediate issues with integrated Windows server-based systems. Must have worked with incident and problem management software and be familiar with IT processes. Also highly desired is proven customer service experience.

Responsibilities:
Providing support and maintenance of the Application Production and Test Environments, and executes the service transition process for transitioning applications into the production environment and insuring support structures are in place.
This role fulfills standard and non-standard application service requests in support of application development and testing, DR Testing, IT Service Management (ITSM) process support, transition to run activities, and production environment configurations.
Under direct supervision, assists in designing, developing, testing, debugging and implementing hardware/software systems components, tools, and utilities required for the operation, maintenance, and control of systems.
Assists in modifying existing hardware/software to fit specialized needs and configurations, and maintains program libraries and technical documentation.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in computer information systems, business or a related field, and 3 years of experience in the following:
Administration of Windows-based servers or data systems for financial or insurance applications
Administration of Windows 2008 or 2012 servers
Performing complex queries using MS SQL Database
Transferring data between applications using XML
Managing IIS web servers
Managing web service interactions using SOAP
Debugging .NET code.
Production support of enterprise wide applications.
XML Management
Expert IT Technical work experience
Microsoft Excel
