The STM Technology Team is responsible for supporting our LOB partners to enable their success in implementing technology solutions to accelerate and advance the implementation of STM throughout the enterprise. We are looking for a highly motivated and collaborative Agile Tools Consultant to manage and drive the strategic direction of the TMO tools for the Speed to Market (STM) program. The STM Program is designed to introduce Agile methodology practices to internally sponsored technology initiatives. The TMO has developed and implemented an Agile toolset to support the enterprise rollout. As directed, the consultant will: Drive improvements to JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile and collaboration tools Analyze business needs and develop requirements for new tool evaluation and deployment Lead and support tech enablement initiatives to drive Agile transformation Partner effectively across functional departments with diverse stakeholders and team members. Requirements: 7-10 years of experience in business systems analysis, design and/or administration Knowledge and understanding of Agile and supporting tools Strong understanding of enterprise technology implementation, specifically Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) Experience in enterprise change management that includes leading and directing a team to learn a new operating structure and processes with application of varying techniques to drive adoption to reach stated objectives Ability to manage effectively within a matrix organization and build relationships with key partners Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas BS or equivalent from an accredited university Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
