WCA supports commercial and business customers of Wells Fargo in servicing their financial needs under the convenience of single sign on portals. The team is responsible for best in class authentication solutions that deliver privacy and security for customers while balancing convenience, ease of use and access for users. This team is critical in managing Wells Fargos approach to fraud risk and its reputation. Seeking a stellar PM to manage Retail Site Consolidation efforts for the Wholesale Common Authentication platform. WCA is expanding to support other LOBs and will be integrating approximately a dozen new retail websites within the next year and a half. Responsibilities: Manage the integration of web properties across multiple lines of business onto a new authentication platform based on SiteMinder and SAML 2.0 technologies. Work with stakeholders to ensure that each application integration release is completed on time and within budget. Oversee functional requirements and design, QA testing, and production deployments including customer migration activities. Additional Requirements: 10+ years in project/program management, 5+ years required in an end-to-end PM role representing business. Experience with managing projects in financial sector. Understands the legal and regulatory environment in which we operate to ensure the project is in compliance with audit requirements Self-Starter, thinker & a Natural leader: Hits the ground running with minimum supervision. Ensures that project plans & milestones for the entire project/program are created & tracked. Ensures timelines & required deliverables are being reviewed, signed off by the stakeholders. Ensures weekly project team meetings are held with the core group & project status is communicated to the stakeholders, communicate the goals and objectives of the project to the leadership team and primary stakeholders. Ensures risks & issues are being tracked & mitigated in timely fashion & escalated as needed. Contribute to the successful management of project financials through careful control of team scope, resources and time Great at building relations, team work: Maintain relationships with channel team leads and project stakeholders to understand what they expect from the project and how the project affects them.
