The responsibilities of this position focus on collaborating with business and technology partners, to drive the transformation of entire lines of business to the Speed to Market approach, with the goal of ensuring that scalable practices and processes are implemented to allow for sustainable change. Additional responsibilities for this role include: Meeting with senior line of business leaders to generate awareness for Speed to Market, creating and delivering presentations, and getting buy-in Conducting Speed to Market leadership site visits to educate, answer questions, and develop cooperative working relationships with business and technology partners Collaborate with business, technology, and delivery partners to determine line of business opportunities and areas of focus for change Partnering with other internal groups to plan, develop, and implement comprehensive business transformation program plans Developing and recommending the necessary strategies to enable line of business partners to transform tools, processes, organizational constructs, and cultural norms Coaching line of business transformation partners on implementing recommended strategies and processes Identifying and leading change management activities required to effectively support a transformation Refining and evolving the Speed to Market approach by incorporating learnings into processes and materials Leading and collaborating with internal team members on initiatives intended to scale and advance the Speed to Market approach Developing metrics and evaluating the performance and progression of business transformations Contributing to the creation of n   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
