In addition, the following minimum requirements are required for this engagement: • Minimum of 5 years of experience developing, performing and managing test planning, test preparation and test execution activities, including defect management. • Expert knowledge of the refreshed Section 508 providing for accessibility of government websites • Minimum of 5 years of experience applying Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with large government agencies performing Section 508 compliance audits and remediation • Knowledge of accessibility standards and requirements, including Section 508 and WCAG 2.0. This knowledge must span multiple technologies including web pages, web forms, PDF documents, streaming media and mobile applications. • Be proficient in the use of common assistive technologies, including screen readers and magnifiers and voice recognition products • Be familiar with and employ in-browser accessibility testing tools, such as WAVE • Excellent communications and presentation skills • Must commit to performing a minimum of 90% of work onsite DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Experience conducting accessibility testing on multiple platforms and devices: iOS, Windows and Android mobile devices • Expert level knowledge on WCAG 2.0 Guidelines, Success Criteria Level AA • Expert level knowledge of HTML accessibility techniques including Javascript, AJAX, and ARIA • Knowledge of CA Legislative Law 7405   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
