The WellsFargo.com Content Management Capabilities (CMC) team is seeking a strong, creative, independent-minded candidate to work on various projects implementing our new, next-generation web Content Management System. Our product provides the foundation for Wells Fargos Home Page, related Product Pages and other external-facing assets. Currently, were in the process of launching various tablet-optimized and mobile versions as well. This is an excellent opportunity to work on large, impactful, consumer-facing projects while helping to simultaneously improve our overall customer experience, design, time-to-market, authoring, and multi-channel capabilities. Our team is small and nimble but we get the job done. We pride ourselves on our capabilities to execute on a vision, and ability to deploy quality products on time and under-budget. This requires us to wear many hats, but it also ensures we learn, interact, and gain visibility within every area of the larger Wells Fargo digital organization. In this role, you will be working with one of our Sr. Product Managers responsible for our Web and Mobile Content Management Products to help ensure the successful support and execution of the new content management platform to our external customers. You will be responsible for: 1. Learning our Design System, Templates and Components for the new WellsFargo.com site so you can understand how the new Content Management Platform works with our next-generation designs. 2. Using a combination of your newfound knowledge and existing collaboration skills to interact with Visual Designers, Interaction Designers, Marketing Managers, Project Managers, Content Authors, Developers and other Product Managers to ensure multiple successful product launches for our WellsFargo.com platform. 3. Helping perform User Acceptance Testing and working with our Authoring Teams to ensure they are trained on how to use the new system properly and are aware of all the capabilities and enhancements weve implemented. 4. Working independently to problem solve and act as the face and voice of our team in various level project meetings. 5. Working collaboratively to solution, devise strategy for, and communicate solutions for issues related to Content Management and its implementation. You will gain: 1. An understanding of how websites work, including basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and site structure. 4. Ability to work independently and resolve issues on your own. 5. Strong ability to be self-aware and quickly acknowledge what you know and what you know you dont know. 6. Strong communication and presentation skills. 7.
