(e.g. accounts receivable is in scope but accounts payable could be out of scope.) • Will gather business requirements and complete all required IT documentation. • Will create new databases for rate filing information to be uploaded to. • Will API external Oracle databases onto DOI servers in SQL Server environment. • Will create an internal application for data uploads for DOI staff. • Debug existing applications and support for current query errors. • Will have automated reports created to notify DOI staff of errors in database. • Meet daily/weekly as needed with the DOIs Rates and Forms project manager to gain an understanding of the software, the DOIs development needs, and development priorities. • DOIs project manager to create and set up an internal SharePoint Project site to track progress of the project. • Meet with the IT developer as needed to review problems identified on the issues list within the project site. Clarification or additional explanation of need shall be provided by DOIs project management team. • Approval of enhancements and corrections are provided by project manager. • Will work with other IT developers/consultants with all the necessary databases, such as; SERFF, NAIC Financial Statement Database, NAIC SERFF Database and other internal DOI databases. Qualifications : • Must have at least five years experience with MsSQL. • Must have at least five years experience with large databases. • Must be able to understand and develop detailed requirements. • Must have at least five years experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and .NET development. • Must have at least five years experience with VB.NET and C# experience on the .NET platform. • Must have at least five years experience developing SQL Server and/or Oracle database-driven web applications. • Must have at least five years experience integrating SAP Business Objects into .NET applications. • Must have at least five years experience managing the full product development life cycle from concept through deployment, including requirements and specifications gathering, program architecture   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
