The preferred candidate will have a solid work history of delivering superior business analysis and consulting services in life science and/or other industries. The candidate should be capable of seeing ideas from concept through to implementation and applying a formal business analysis methodology based on industry best practices to accomplish the task. The position requires an individual with exceptional communications skills (verbal and written), superior facilitation and presentation skills, and strong analytical capabilities. An understanding of the IIBAs Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge and CCBA or CBAP certification is preferred. In this role the Business Analyst will be required to: - Uncover the goals, needs, and opportunities for improvement - Discover, document and analyze business processes at varying levels of detail - Elicit requirements from a diverse set of business and technical stakeholders - Analyze and document requirements using graphic and text based techniques (activity diagrams, use cases, user stories, etc…) to create requirements deliverables - Manage, communicate, and represent requirements throughout the life of a project - Evaluate a solutions ability to meet the needs of the business and deliver value. - Analyze the impact of technical and non-technical changes across an enterprise - Collaborate with a business analysts working across various projects to ensure requirements quality and avoid missed requirements   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
