The position will utilize Business Analysis and Data Analysis skills and must be very comfortable interacting with business users and sponsors, as well as developers, application and data architects/DBAs, and test analysts/QA. The position may also need to assist with testing/QA. Responsibilities: · Consults with Information Technology and business leaders on the development and implementation of strategic business solutions through research, audit, and analysis of data and/or business process · Interacts with all levels of management · Participates in developing, documenting and maintaining complex business models for Information Technology projects · Works with business partners and technical team to define, document, and review business and system requirements to support new projects · Develops detailed documentation to support understanding of requirements in support of business, development, and Quality Assurance · Assists in formulating and defining systems scope and objectives through research and fact finding · Act as the liaison between Business and Systems Analysts, Developers and project management groups · Develop detailed source-to-target data mapping and data transformation rules · Develop and use enterprise service and data models · Write system requirements · Understanding of data gathering/analysis · Work with test plans and test cases · Facilitate Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions Qualifications Requirements: · Bachelors Degree (Health Care discipline preferred) · 5+ years for Health Care Payer experience preferred · 3+ years of Business Analyst experience - requires excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with global team members and requires high attention detail · 3+ years of experience with all phases of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - (preferred Agile methodology experience) · 3+ years of gathering and documenting project requirements/specifications experience - should have experience with writing user stories and writing use cases · 2+ years of experience with writing SQL queries for data analysis · 2+ years of Systems Analyst experience with web and/or mobile application experience · 2+ years of Relational database experience (DB2) and Data Warehouse concepts   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
